For any business that wishes to encourage health and well-being for employees, Corporate Yoga is a great benefit. I will come into your building, given you have space for a class, at any time and for any duration that works best. Typically, the business pays for classes and offers this to employees. Sometimes the employees pay a small fee each, and I’ve seen this work as well.
Besides businesses, this is a wonderful benefit for teachers at schools!
