Hello!  Happy Labor Day holiday weekend.

I’ve not written a blog post since last year.  A lot has happened since then, of course.  For all of us, and for me personally.  I won’t go into all that, but let’s just say I am absolutely living in the Mystery of life, and learning to embrace it more and more.

I have no idea if or when international yoga retreats may resume, or not.  So, this post is not about a retreat.

I just want to say hi and let you know I’d love to hear from you and how you are faring during these strange times.

And, to let you know about a few opportunities.  I’ve been leading a Zoom Yoga class for women on Thursdays 9:30-11 MDT.  If you are interested in joining this group, please let me know so I can add you to the list to receive the link to join.  All women are welcome, and it’s donation based.

Last Tuesday I held a small, experimental Yoga in the Park class here in Fort Collins, and we liked it!  I’d like to do more, as weather permits.  Colorado is quirky this time of year.  Monday it’s supposed to be in the high 80’s and the next day barely 40 degrees?  Maybe snow….

So, this Tuesday does not seem like a conducive time for Yoga in the Park.  Instead, I’m offering a morning class, 9-10:30, on MONDAY, Labor Day.  This is a donation based class.  If you are interested in attending, here in Fort Collins, please message me and I’ll add you to the email list with more details about location and such.

I truly hope you are your family are safe and healthy.

Thank you.
